Biography

Masoud Nezamzade, born in 1956, graduated in the field of mathematics from Alborz College. He received his M.S. in architecture from the faculty of Fine Arts at Tehran University in 1987. He established an engineering consulting firm, Arman Zist, in 1989. He embarked on designing the residential, office, commercial, cultural & recreational, health, and industrial buildings with a professional team of architects from Tehran University, as well as a group of civil, mechanical, electrical, and structure engineers. He and the aforementioned team have continued engineering business up to the present moment.

Parallelly, while administering Arman Zist in the provision of engineering services to state and quango organizations, he commenced upon the second line of activity in the private sector in the line of design and constructing luxury residential, commercial, and office buildings in his office, under the brand of ARCHNEZAM. This activity has continued so far, as well.

The combination of professional work in Arman zist as a consultant firm and the activity of design and construction of luxury residential structures in the private sector entailed the application of the latest achievements in construction technology, and the recruitment of a powerful team. The team is comprised of a designing group, some experts in interior design, construction and mechanical & electrical engineers, landscape engineers, executive engineers, and supervisor engineers, who are capable of executing complete engineering, supervision management, and construction work in any project.
